i just remembered that i should post a livejournal entry. i have no idea why i remembered, but here goes.....
so tomorrow i have a job interview with a very big and important man from a well established school here in nagoya.
i suppose the bottle of iichiko next isn't helping me much, but i'm determined to make a good impression.
the iichiko calms me
the first thing i'd like to say is that i think Obama's Youtube Fireside Chat is a good idea.
i'm not really sure about americans anymore, but i use my computer a lot more than i watch tv. maybe i watch less tv because i'm in japan, but that point is moot(sp).
I agree with his decision to use YouTube to express his fireside chats because:
1) he doesn't have to interrupt the ever-important reality tv show/drama that would/might be playing
2) he probably won't interfere with david letterman's last show. (or is he done already?)
3) anyone who's interested can watch it whenever they want
4) anyone who's not interested doesn't have to see it at all
5) there would be a 0% chance of his fucking ass interrupting a Hawks game
anyways, besides obama and shit, i feel pretty good. (and i do feel good about obama......oh do i!)(oh lord......obama has come!!!!)(i heard he advertised in video games)(he's probably more physically fit than me)(he's black)(he's from hawaii, chicago)that city doesn't exist](chicago's all hardcore)(tons of dope house music came from chicago)(anime song djs i know also play chicago house songs and shit)(i sometimes dj at the same parties as the same dudes who sometimes play chicago house tracks) (i'm an anime song dj) WOW!!!!!!!!
and not even mentiontioning all the CR kids who went to the CHI to produce shit and stuff!
considering all the connections i have with the Soon-To-Be-President, i think i'm pretty much in line to be the next dem. rep. canditate.
I'm sure my family would welcome this man to our home and treat him to a meal of chicken and potatoes, and corn, and the background noise of KCRG NEWS.
i mean, obama becoming becoming president and shit makes me feel pretty good, but i'll think about how that relates to and effects me later on.
