happy birthday to me
So, I'm 23, which is cool.
I'm still in fucking Iraq, which is decidedly less cool, but I'll be coming home before too long, which is cool again.

I really hate Tobey Maguire being on that list. I mean, the other three make a pretty weird-ass group, especially if you picture them as a team of super heroes, as I am wont to do. But Tobey Maguire's so damned boring that it seems to me like his boringness kind of spreads out and normalizes the whole list. "Oh, look, it's Tobey Maguire; nothing to see here."
I liked Pleasantville, though.
Things that happened on my birthday(thank you, History Channel):
Joseph Smith, the founder of Mormonism, was killed by an angry mob. He totally had it coming, though.
They filmed the "I don't give a damn" part of Gone With the Wind.
Sonny and Cher divorced.
The world's first Ebola outbreak happened in Sudan. Well, actually, the first guy got sick on June 27th, so it wasn't really an outbreak then. I think the History Channel is stretching this one a bit.
I wrote this entry and concluded it overly abruptly.
