I've managed to look up from reading about the Squire Western and his nasty tendency of accusing his sister of being (gasp) a Jacobite and slipping into a non-PC German accent long enough to finish writing my submission to the Irving Layton due tomorrow at 4. I have no chance of winning whatsoever, but on the other hand I'm utterly susceptible to peer pressure and all my friends are doing it so I may as well conform to avoid certain shunning. The abomination weighs exactly 12 pages more than I'd like to show to complete strangers with designs on discerning and totals exactly 12 pages in length. Oh well.
In other news, I'm becoming officially Greek next month and then trying to con my way into a summer camp in France assuming I can take the appropriate summer classes and the recent, ahem, developments don't conspire to inspire me to necessarily move out next year and or even this summer, but there are options that tentatively include Indonesia, or, assuming the wrong people catch up with me, Hades.
It's going to be the comically titled Reading Week after next week's midterm mania, and I'm not sure who's still on this thing or actually in North America, but I think we need to all reacquaint ourselves over a beer or several.
