Ok, so today was Haitian pride day or whatever....really don’t know (that’s neither here nor there)... As we all know, I decided to state my opinion about the holiday which then escalated into this really dumb fight...This is MY side of the story...
It all starts off in 1st hour when I saw Jonathan Morgan wearing the Haitian colors. I said eww... and said that Haitian day is stupid and that if I saw a Haitian flag; I would take it and stomp on it. Then Jonathan got mad and sprayed me with Axe, which is really dangerous because Axe is strong and my body can not tolerate strong odors....
Skip to 2 period.....English... where the real shit happens...
So im in class and im pissed off because i cannot breathe. Faty comes in and is like "Janae, wear are your colors?" and i got pissed and was like, "don’t even come at me with that shit." So then Camille repeats my whole sshpiel on what I said about stomping flags...then Faty and DJ were like "Janae what the Fuck?" and then i repeated what I said and then Faty and I started arguing....
Some words:
Janae: If u luv that country so much go home
Faty: wtf? ur a bitch u should go back to Africa
Janae: Fuck Africa i don’t rep Africa....if anyone wants to live in America, then they should only rep the American flag
Faty: what about the 4th of July? that’s a flag day?
Janae: yea but it represents our flag u dumb bitch!....take ur flag and shuv it up ur ass...
(those are the only details i can remember)
Then Faty storms out and Dr. Bitch ass François comes
We go to her office where we basically talk about how narrow minded I am, and that my home life is apparently fucked up and therefore I am a Haitian Hater (which is not true), and that DJ and Faty need to overcome people like me because im ignorant and toxic to society and that i need Jesus because Im mean and say hurtful things....blah! I looked bad compared to Camille the saint and Faty/DJ the victims....whatever... after being bitch at,, Im told that I am brave and outspoken (who knew?)

Basically, i go back to class after being attacked by Dr. Haitian... and then at the end of class I DO SAY THAT I AM SORRY TO DJ AND FATY!!!!!
I don’t take back what I said. I think that If you come to thins country, you should adjust to us we should not adjust to you. I do realize that a flag represents a country, but i don’t think that Haitians need to have a day for it! it’s dumb...So you say "Well America is a melting pot, right?"
AND I SAY HELL YEA... and it shouldnt change. I learn alot from other people, but im sorry, no one should have special days because they are immigrants. That’s like me going to Mexico, and telling the Mexicans that only like McDonalds and that i only speak English, so they need to learn it. They would tell me to shut the fuck up and go back home...we were here first...
