Finally watched it and indeed WTF just happened? O.o
I was so sure as the camera panned out; *sure* there would be something completely WTFy and ~tense~ to end the series with. Domestic bliss doesn't guarantee people coming back, but an intriguing plot twist does.

I think Chuck was indeed God, but wouldn't it be even more WTF if Sam was God? I have absolutely no basis to say that and seeing that this is Hollywood we're talking about, it may be the best reason to think it.

(lulz, Mischa just tweeted "Happy Firday, ass-butts" :3 Speaking of which, how WTF was Castiel's blowing up into fleshy bits and them coming back once more ~angelic~? Guh. I mean, I guess they'll want to lay off the angels if the storyline is done - and I think Kripke said it was, IDEK anymore).

All in all; WTF did I just watch? The build-up was so amazing and then something happened, people died, Sam tripped and fell down a well, people came back to life, Dean tripped and fell down a vagina and then Surprise!Sam. Very awkward, kinda like teenage sex - all build-up and then it's over before you know it and you still have no clue what just happened.

W/e; I loved every WTF second of it and CAN IT BE SEPTEMBER YET??

LOL, I love your whole spiel on it. IDEK what Sam is supposed to be. Maybe I need more time to process, lol. The best part was the stuff with the Impala and the stories of them hanging out together. I was afraid they were retconning any happy memories with the brothers being at odds for the past two seasons and especially the episode where they go to heaven and while Dean's memory is his family, Sam's best memories are being away from his family. All the flashbacks and montages were lovely, but the episode was so wtf and anticlimatic that that little taste of awesomeness couldn't save it. Talk about a yawn-worthy apocalpyse. And you can't blame it on not having money, because the first season finale didn't have fancy things in it either but god DAMN was it awesome and had our jaws hanging open when that semi hit the Impala from nowhere. You can be cheap and still have a good storyline. WoK had a fraction of the budget TMP had, yet obviously STII was the better and more awesome movie.
