"Damn it Spock, I'm not here to watch you make out with Jim. You promised me good medical facilities and a 10% less chance of dying of space-related disasters."

"Bones?" Jim exclaimed happily, still clutching Spock. McCoy rolled his eyes.

"It's about damn time you carried me around for once."

And from that day forward, Jim's dreams were smaller than he was, for he needed so much less.

The entire ending is made of so much win! So sweet and funny, and Bones is just pitch-perfect!

I'm so happy you like the ending! :D I absolutely could not split the trio.

lol yay! I get the Enchanted gif!

I too love that line. I know it's a fairy-tale prompt and one is allowed to be cheesy and cliche, but it always bothered me in fairytales when someone kisses another like this and the creep factor is never commented on. :P

Oooh, I love the title you eventually came up with for it! (Even though I was totally fine with the other one, LOL.) This is adorable, though. I think your nu!Kirk characterization is one of my favorites.

LOL, the original title lacked some of the subtlety I wanted to convey. :P

...And you have complimented me beyond measure. :D
