SPN 5x03
First of all, I absolutely love Dean/Castiel hardcore now, but even I have to say that it was really harsh what Dean said at the end of the episode. He hasn't had fun with Sam in years? I was all cool about the being alone thing, because in my own life I'm going through that, where I'm finding that I am so much happier alone, but I think it was wrong to say that he hadn't had fun with Sam in years when I assumed he did, because of all the episodes where they indeed had fun adn were goofy. The only way I can think to defend Dean is to assume that he means before the Stanford era, because everything after that was complicated and fraught with a bunch of crazy shit and always worrying about Sam. Still, bad Dean.
Now that we've got the bad out of the way, HOW ABOUT THAT SAM?? He didn't drink the demon blood! I feel absolutely sorry that Lucifer needs to use him as a condom. It is kind of stupid that the show is obviously going for a pseduo Sam/Dean fight because of how they'll both be angel vessels, but whatever, my standards have lowered. I yawned at the Jess parts. Seriously show, it's been five years. I know he loved her, but it was still boring and didn't move me emotionally.
And now for the real star of this episode...CASTIEL. I was howling with laughter the entire time. I had seen the clip of Dean wanting to take him to get laid, but omg, so much funnier and how TERRIFIED he looked in the din of iniquity. Despite the flak I gave Dean this episode, I still love that Dean had so much fun with Castiel and how he totally failed at getting him to pose as an FBI agent. And when Castiel said, "for now, you're my little bitch?" I DIED. God I love this show sometimes.
Totally unrelated commercial commentary: This commercial came on, and it was talking about a car and there was like this Barry White voice with porno music. My sister and I were looking at each and started laughing at how they were trying to literally seduce us into buying a car. Then the next commercial had these words and a booming voice saying them, "DROP YOUR PANTS." We died laughing. Apparently it was for some clothing store, but really, best commercial pairing ever.
