Well, it sure has been a hectic week. I haven't had time to post even once this week! I have been having an awesome time. I love my classes, now. I am making a lot of new friendships---one's, like it says in Siovhan's journal, that will last forever & you'll write Christmas cards to. I'm so glad to be here. Their has been a lot of homework, but a lot of learning as well (esp. in chem). Just to fill you in, this is what has happened this week.
Monday - First Day of Classes:
I went to my classes & was scared out of my wits in Chemistry. After that, I saw Siovhan and we talked awhile. I went to Statistics & Biology and was alright in those classes. For lunch, Siovhan and I went to the Scoreboard. That was really good! Tyson was supposed to eat with us, but we couldn't find him once we got our food. Monday night, we had FHE @ Kiwanis Park. At the park, we played Ultimate Frisbee, against Setty's FHE group. Let's just say, we hung them out to dry.
Tuesday - I had Chemistry, English, BOM, and Sharing the Gospel. It was a good day overall.
Wednesday - Chemistry, Statistics and Biology.
Thursday - Chemistry, English, BOM, Sharing the Gospel. For Holly's birthday, we went to the Brick Oven. It was WICKED good food. I had the pasta bar. Ruth, Siovhan, Dave, Holly & I all went. It was a good time, I thought. It's nice to just be able to hang out with friends.
Friday - Chemistry, English, Biology, Statistics. We went to CompUSA & the mall by bus. Steph, also, drove us. Utah clothing stores are WAY different from back home, besides Gap, & AE. A few other stores were the same. After that, we went back to Siovhan's apartment and ordered Papa John's. SOOOOOOOO good! We played Apples to Apples and watched Ocean's 11 and Cool Runnings. We, also, went to Coldstone---- W-I-C-K-E-D good ice cream. I loved it. On the way there, I rode in the trunk. It was pretty fun. haha. Matt sat back there on the way back. It was a good time overall.
Saturday - Volleyball, sleep and the BYU/Notre Dame game. I had such a good time. It rained. It was very different from Mass. but still rain. The game was awesome. I sat with Matt & his two brothers & sister, Steph M, Colette, Amy, Steph S, Brady, Kevin, Ann & Callie. We were cheering our butts off. It was SOOOO much fun. I lost my voice.
Well, that's been the gist. I g2g eat. I'll update about today later, maybe.

"Look Up!" - Vocalist: Tammy Simister Robinson - Words & Music: Steven Kapp Perry
The stars fall down from heaven
And scatter upon the earth
As strangers in a strange land
Forgetting their heavenly birth

Adrift and untethered they wander
Through kingdoms of darkness and light
Unschooled and unlearned they follow the tides
And many are lost in the night

Look up! Look up!
The stars in the heavens cry out!
Look up! Look up!
Your course does not lie
On the earth or the sea
It lies in the heavens above
Look up! Look up!

The prince of darkness covets
These glimmering sparks of light
And seeks to blind and bind them
With treasures that have no life

But blazing and bright is the Prince of the Light
Revealing the mystery--
Endowing the stars with His power and might
He shows them their destiny

Look up! Look up!
The stars in the heavens cry out!
Look up! Look up!
Your course does not lie
On the earth or the sea
It lies in the heavens above
Look up! Look up!

Rejoice! Rejoice!
Rejoice in the Prince of the Light!
Rejoice! Rejoice!
For stars that were fading now shine like the Son
Reflecting the light of His love
Rejoice! Rejoice!
Look up!
