Today I had a very interesting World Civilizations class. As we were discussing the Industrial Revolution, the conversation turned into an hour long small debate concerning the following topics: feminism, football, Bono, and Karl Marx's beard. I highly enjoyed it. Did you know that women make a quarter of every dollar a man makes, (78 cents to be exact)? It's pretty unfair, but I'm still not going to burn bras or shave my head for equal rights. I am content with not having to be drafted for war, and I'm more than perfectly content playing the damsel in distress.
"Dad/Mike, can you move this for me? It's too heavy...".
"Nico can you tickle my back, I have cramps real bad...".
As for the other topics: I still don't quite understand the rules of football, Bono is a great musician but I'd rather he just shut up about AIDS in Africa and just sing. Did it honestly take him about 15 years to realize there were people sick with the disease? And we all know Karl Marx had a nice but nasty beard (Nico).
Nico's sleeping over Friday and I'm taking him to Parker's Maple Barn Saturday morning. Then Sunday is his birthday! What a cutie.
This picture is of Lindsay, Allison and me. lindsay looks like an adopted blonde elf!
This is a picture from when my family went to Universal Studios over the summer. The story behind this photo is that since we had fast passes, we would ride every ride 4860 times. This is on The Mummy ride, it was probably our 10th time riding it, so we knew what point of the ride our picture would be taken. We decided we would "vogue" in the picture. As you can see it's Allison, Mike, Me, and Lindsay in the back voguing. Right in front of Allison is my mom voguing, and MY DAD (who is insanely tan) NEXT TO HER NOT EVEN VOGUING AT ALL. Hahaha and the best part is that NO ONE except my brother knew where the camera was, so we're all looking in separate directions. Also I love the blackies in front of us.
This very last picture is hilarious. This is me as a baby right after I was born. WHO THE FUCK LOOKS LIKE THIS AFTER THEY ARE BORN? A full head of black hair, smiling at the camera. My very first Krissy picture:
