Be wary, neurologists can be silly. Sometimes they're sensible, but sometimes they're ambitious and live in another world and will curse you with a half-diagnosis and run millions of tests and send you to 3 different medical institutions to find out there's nothing wrong with you.

Look out for those ones.

Thanks. But if Dr. Sillypants is the only one on my insurance, then it's tough titties for me.

I'm also meeting with a few other specialists soon in case we end up with one of those who will give me a half-diagnosis yet not order the MRI. Something's wrong. The last EEG I had showed nothing, but then my last EEG was done about a year before these problems started. I don't even know if an EEG is the most appropriate test for what I might have...
