Saturday night
My trip into the big city was just as fun as any of the other ones I have taken. After my bus leaving Brantford about a half hour late I made my connection with BigBull. We loaded my gear into his truck and then we made a trip to the beer store to stock up on previsions then it was off to visit Scott or in other words sickboy at his work. It was amazing and actaully that was my first time in a tat shop. I told sickboy that the next time I was in town I am going to get him to give me a tattoo. I really enjoyed visiting him and you can really see how happy he is in his relationship and I wish him all the best and much happiness!!
Next we went to grab some mix for our drinks, I purchased a six pack of the apple beer that Billijean is always raving about and now I see why it is her drink of choice and I also grabbed a bottle of Malibu rum (sp) so my mix was orange juice, Bull picked a bottle ov vodka for his poison and also needed some orange juice. Finally we made our way to the hotel. We stayed in the Comfort in on Charles street, it was a very decent place to crash and again I have to thank Bull for his hospitality. After consuming as much alcohol as we could and trying to order a pizza LOL. Thats right you read trying, see what happens is when one drinks alcohol one gets tippsy and cannot function normally. Again I was vulnerable and I dialed what I thought was 967-1111 and it turns out that I dialed wrong and we got a sex chat line LOL. Our pizza did make it there and that little mistake on the phone cost us 10.00 but it was good for a laugh.
After eating our pizza we kept hearing a comotion in the hall so I investigated and lo and behold there was a stagette (sp) party. I told Bull as we were leaving to meet up with the others that we should have banged on the door and told them we were the strippers they ordered LOL. I can just see the expressions that would have gotten us LOL.
Finally at Gretskys we met up with some guys that are just totally awesome people there was (norrisbeach, colinarium,henman,insaniac, Bull and myself). The food at Gretskys is a tad pricey but damn it was good. The people that work there were very nice and put up with our antics with good spirits. After almost finishing our meals we decided to walk to Vinnies which was about 5 blocks from where we were. It was a bit chilly but fresh. It was a good thing we made it after a meal like we had, I thought for sure someone would have cramped up (mainly me) LOL. Vinnies was packed so we went to RD's, a nice place with awesome people again working the place. I must apologize to the lovely andrea, I was trying to show her a trick and she zigged when she should have sagged and a bottle broke as well as her cranberry and vodka, I am sorry about that sweety. The hosts even brought her another with no charge. After vic and collin and andrea left, Bull, Paul and myself stuck it out a little longer and the main bartender even bought us a round. At this point I was having a hard time keeping my eyes open. You know how it is?? When you have had just the right amount of booze to make you feel relaxed. So we hailed a cab and made our way back to our hotel. I hope that I gave the cabbie enough money to cover Bull and I, Paul??
After we crashed the stagette girls showed up at one point and woke Bull and I up. One thing I have to say about the Comfort Inn is you can hear everything in the next room hahahaha.
Again I just want to say to those of you that made it out and made my weekend a big thank you for your friendship. Well for those that didnt make it out I hope you now realize the fun you missed out on LOL. Next time I hope that more make it out but if not I know I can rely on the faithful few to make an appearance.
