du du du duh du du duh....................Yesterday i played my first gig on bass guitar. we'll technically my first gig period. You know with a crowd and stuff were people have 2 pay to get in. i filled in for my good buddys in the band castaway. I didnt really know any of the bass parts, but im pretty good at figurin stuff out, so i rocked that bad boy. i was tappin, slappin,i bashed the bass against my head, i played it with my tounge and teeth, it felt so good to be up on stage. i even kicked the bass as i went across the stage. my neck is sore, my back is sore , and i didnt go to bed until 5 in the morning. but everyone said i did a great job, that i was very much in the groove , and that it was really fun to watch me play. FREAKIN AWESOME!!! i got some pics too, they will be up soon.
