As you may be able to tell by my recent month-long lapse in updates, this semester has been quite busy. I rarely get enough (if any) sleep, and my available hangoutage time has been decreasing as the semester has continued. I have SEVEN huge projects to work on over Thanksgiving, all of which are due within the following two weeks. Dean, Jonathon and Tyler put up Christmas decorations two weeks ago and I just saw them for the first time last night (and they even live in my apartment complex). It's a sad life, I tell you.

But all is not bad. I observed an outstanding teacher at Northridge this semester and I am making good friends with my classmates (since I spend all day with them). I recently took the GRE, which I made a 1340 (out of 1600 on), although I'm most proud about my 790 out of 800 on math. That's right, you can go ahead and be impressed. I know you are. :)

I have had time for some fun. The band trips to LSU and Tennessee were fun times. LSU may have been the most fun regular season away trip I've been on all four years. During Fall Break we took a day trip to Atlanta to visit Matthew Oatts for his birthday and had a great time sneaking OUT of Georgia Tech's stadium.. yes, we walked right in to the stadium and then got locked in and had to sneak out.

I am applying to grad schools and am considerably overwhelmed by the where-do-I-want-to-go question, even though I am only applying to two schools: Alabama and Vanderbilt. You guys should probably help me list the pros and cons.

Anyway, now that you're caught up on the general boring goings-on of my life, I must be off to see if I can wittle down some of the homework load that I have looming over me this break.

Have a great Thanksgiving! Eat lots of turkey.
