I don't know what to tell you... I have the same problem. Been there done that. And the ones that genuinely like me, I either don't like, or am too close to as a friend to ever start anything like that. I had no idea you were a virgin! Good for you!! I'm not but I don't think it's a bad thing.. It just really sucks when you think something's going good, stuff happens, then people talk shit about it. Sucks ass. But hey. You're hot stuff so it's no wonder they're all over you! =P
Your theories are all pretty true. I have one... The good ones are either gay, taken or fucked up. Take for example.... Chris Johns. Gay. Adam Hollenbeck. Fucked up. Rick Nielson. Taken. Oh, or they simply don't like me back... *shrugs* That one is most prevalent.
I think we all live in a dream world. At the moment I'm allowing my dreams to be consumed by vampires (I started reading Twilight and can't stop). I wish I could find a guy that wasn't a dick... I don't mind dicks literally, I just wish the people that have them didn't think with them.
