(no subject)
So its back in calgary for me. Been a good week since coming back: went to stampede - typical fair but with cowboys. The trip home was certainly more interesting with the train being delayed for 45 minutes downtown as we got to watch some drunk guy get the crap beaten out of him then bleed all over the opposite trains' platform. A fat man proceeds to walk up after the guy leaves, sees the pool of blood all over the railing, unsure as to what it is, runs his finger through it and licks it. The whole time everyone on our train is banging on the sides yelling at the guy not to do it. Fantastic. More weird stuff happened on the way home but it isn't worth mentioning.
Saw Phantom of the Opera the other day with Nadine, it was suitably overdramatic.
This past monday the new job was started. Despite that its supposed to have me building decks i've done none of that this past week. Instead i've been doing other things like repairing the employers rusted company van. very fun...
I've finally gotten around to picking up the three seasons of the Superman animated series today. Absolutely awesome. I may be forced to grab the justice league stuff too soon.
And for now... a little something ive been doing more often lately - 30 minutes only and im gonna try and keep em that low.
