Scary times
I just found out (by way of receiving a post card in the mail) that an old friend of mine from years back is having his business auctioned off. This was his fathers, and before that grandfathers, business. Been open for 79 years. Tom was kind of a mentor to me when I first went into business back when I was 20 years old and naive as hell. And Tom was the kind of man that I knew I could always call if I needed advice and he was always there with an answer. Man, it just breaks my heart. Tough times all over.
