There's been a lot of hoo-ha about the documentary on
Channel 4 about the
death of Diana & investigating how the Princess died. The two royal Princes have sent a letter to channel 4, asking for the program to be dropped.
I understand that they don't want the program to be aired, but I believe this is in the public interest. Channel 4 has always been the edgy station, showing high wuality programs that others don't want to touch - in fact it was
founded on that basis.
I only hope that they highlight the facts:
a) she wasn't wearing her seatbelt, if the passengers were, they would have more than likely survived the impact in one of the top-of-the-line
Merc saloonsb) in a sensible (non-tabloid) way
c) without endlessly going into the conspiracy theories
I can only hope.
