OMFG!!!!!
-I'll start from the beginning...
-On Friday, Ben (one of my suitemates) came across the bathroon (it's between my and three other's rooms and his and three other's rooms, totalling 8 people) and was asking me if I though it was getting hot. I then noticed that it was getting a little warmer than it was before. At the time it was okay, because it was cold enough to be wearing a long-sleeve shirt inside all the time.
-The thermostat for the rooms on our side of the bathroom (two rooms, two people per room) is in the other room. The guys that live there are brothers and they go home almost every weekend. They live in Orlando, so it's only about an hour and a half drive. I guess that before they left (on Thursday), they turned the HEAT on, and now it's as hot as a sauna in here.
-I'm sweating and I need to read. Anywhere else I go, I'll be even more uncomfortable and my only other option was outside but it's all wet from the rain earlier. I can't get someone to open their door either, because my RA isn't even here. She's probably over at her boyfriends house for the weekend.
-So folks, it looks like I'll be sleeping nekkid with no sheets (don't worry, my roommate is home for the weekend as well) and still sweating my ass off. I took like two showers today after the heater finally hit me hard earlier today. I guess it took a few days to warm up for real, and I'm dying. If anybody has any ideas at all (other than "go buy/borrow a fan" I have no ride to go do that and nobody has one) please feel free to leave them here. They will be GREATLY appreciated.
