I'm afraid I wasn't able to attend the ball, but it really did sound like it was so much fun. Did everyone have a good time there?
The fireworks the other night were also very beautiful. To whomever who arranged for them- thank you very much.

I agree about the fireworks. I don't remember seeing them back home, but those were absolutely gorgeous.

You don't have fireworks from where you come from?

No, we do... but I can't honestly remember when we put them on. Maybe for like national holidays and stuff, but I don't think Twilight Town was really into them.

I would like very much to try some of your cooking. You must allow me to repay you somehow, though- I'd feel bad if you had to do so much work just because I was selfish.

And really? It's no problem. I love making food for people to enjoy, and you test-tasting my cooking is seriously all the payment I need. Unless, of course, you'd also like to become one of my friends~?

Although, even if you didn't offer, I'd be honoured to be your friend. My name is Ion- what's your?

Wait a sec. Are you also Lloyd's roommate? I think he mentioned you once. But in the most positive of terms, I promise~

Oh, do you know Lloyd as well? I am his roommate, yes- I just moved in about a month ago.

Do you stay at the Ari Apartments as well?

I do, though I've been debating on moving to Memoria for a while now. I like it over at the Ari Apartments, though... there's never a dull moment.

Memoria...Memoria...those are the apartments closer to the lake, right? I think I remember seeing them when I go for walks.

Yep! Not a lot of people live there, last I checked, but it's supposedly a lot more peaceful... and there's more room.

Anyway, I'll be sure to bring the food by your room tomorrow. There'll be extra for Lloyd too, so feel free to share it between the two of you.
