African Soul Rebels...
Last night me Gemma and Anna went to see 'African Soul Rebels' at Shepards Bush.
It was soso good! The first band wore kind of turbans and stuff, their music was kind of chilled out stuff... they were really cool
After them Daara J came on, and they were so amazing! They had so much energy and their dancing was so wicked.
They made the crowd all do the dancing with them, you had to kind of shuffle from the right to left.
"Who wants to dance like a big African lion??"
They really good. Their energy was craazzyy.
After them this band called Rachid Taha came on. They were alot more rocky, and this one song was so funny.
Theyd stop and go..."Saphy saphy saphy saphy" and the crowd would say it, it made me laugh.
At the end they played 'Rock The Casbah' crowd went mad. It was really good, highlight of their set definatly.
All the bands came back out for the finale...
As soon as Daara J came back on there was so much more energy... i love them.
Afterwards we met this funny drunk man, he was worthy of a photo
May use these for art, but im not sure...
