Bronchitis: PART TWO
So I haven't posted for a bit because for the past 3 weeks I've been battling the flu. At least, that's what I thought I was battling. Over the last week, the coughing fits I've been having have reminded me of a time about 10 years ago when I had a REALLY bad case of bronchitis. Waking up five or six times a night coughing for 5 to 10 minutes makes for poor sleep overall.
Anyway, I went to the doctor a few days ago, and am now armed with an inhaler to fight the coughing fits, antibiotics to fight the infection, and codeine-laced cough syrup to send me through the nights safe and sound. I've been on the meds for about a day so far, and already I'm feeling a LOT better. Horray!
In other news: Just watched the season premiere of Battlestar Galactica's fourth season. It's GREAT! This is the show's last season, and if this first episode's any indication, they're gonna end on a nice strong note. Which is cool.
