Watched every single episode of Kanjani8's tv show, Kanpani. 20 episodes in total to date, with only 4 having been subbed so far. I love this show. It's short (less than 15 mins; no guests!) and fun and silly and the premise is very simple. Subs are hardly needed to enjoy it.
Every week, Eito are given challenges to complete, the failure of which results in the much beloved batsugeemu XD
Ever played Chinese whispers? It's that game where one person whispers a message to the next person and so on until the message reaches the last person with the goal of maintaining the original message. Eito attempted something similar, only instead of whispering, they had to draw it. Just watch XD
In which Subaru's fail is everyone's fail ♥

Depending on the scenario, punishments are meted out to either the entire group or the individual who messed up the most. Usually, they get turned into tempura, as seen in the clip above.
They also get whacked on the head a lot (or on the butt) with a huge paper fan by a masked man (who is probably their manager, finally getting the chance to take out his frustrations of dealing with a bunch of crazy, noisy idols on said bunch of crazy, noisy idols).

More reasons why i love this show? They mostly use Eito backing tracks as the background music, usually Wahaha, It's My Soul, Misetekure, FTO, Giga Maji Mega Fight, Obachan Rock, Sukiyanen, Osaka, Brulee and even Ohkura's no-no-no and Ryo's Stereo. That, and the quirky/artsy montages for the intro and when they cut to commercial as well as return from commercial.
Here's a compilation i made of the various montages and their variations from episode 1 till episode 19.
