last sunday night i was at rod laver arena to see my heroes, split enz, in concert! and at triple m's expense as well! lol. never have i been so overwhelmed by something like this, but it really was the absolute best night of my life probably. we were about eight or ten rows back, directly in front on the floor section. great fucking seats. i cried in the middle of the set :) and of course watched evermore who were the support at the start of the night. met those guys afterwards as well which was pretty cool. lost my wallet at the end of the night though, which was a real cunt.
monday, this chap in sydenham (wherever the fuck that is) rings me up and says he found my wallet while working at rod laver arena the previous night. faith in humanity prevails.
while we're on the topic of awesome gigs, i yesterday aquired two tickets to see mogwai in a few weeks time, which will also be very very cool!
