Trans update
Went to get my fluid changed on the transmission, guy recommended that I not do that. He said that with the transmission slipping, any little particles or crud in the fluid will actually make the fluid more abrasive and keep it from slipping more.
So I had some fluid sucked out and put half a bottle of Lucas anti-slip that he recommended into it. Only time will tell if I will need to buy a $300 used transmission now or later.
