Despite how much Zoe had enjoyed her break, and the time she'd gotten to spend with Grace, she was very glad to be back at work - not as glad as she would have been if her office wasn't a mess though. Oh, like there was any way Zoe could ignore that.

"Put some clothes on!" she yelled the next time Seely came around. But he might have heard her laughing as well.

Seely retrieved his pants from the end of the hall and came back towards the door, grinning. "Welcome back, Principal Washburn."

Zoe smirked. "Thank you. Now I know that I'm really back."

[socksofcool]

"Figured you could use a little something to help you get back in the groove," Seely said, still smiling. "You know, since you're not into the whole getting your kicks torturing students and threatening to kill their loved ones thing."

"No, that's certainly not my style," she said, a little more seriously. "I'm very sorry that all of you had to go through that."

Seely's grin faded slightly and he rubbed the back of his hand self-consciously. "Well, it's not like you knew that would happen, right?"

"I didn't know it would happen, no. And I will be forcefully explaining to the school board that nothing like that should happen again."

Seely nodded. "Can we watch?"

"I'll see if I can take pictures afterwards, for everyone's entertainment," Zoe replied.

"Thanks," Seely grinned.
