3rd time the charm
Maybe anyway.
Ok, so as of Monday morning I was officially out of a job. My position along with another at the company was cut due to budget reasons. Being paid as much as your manager will do that to you sometimes. No hard feelings as I had a very nice conversation with the owners and it was purely budgetary. They offered me a commission only sales job for the time being, but I couldn't risk that will a house and kids and all.
So that's the story, now the plan.
1st- will be to file for unemployment. The way it may work out I'll be making the same amount with unemployment and not paying for day care as I did working. Not that I want that, but I might as well take my time while I can.
2nd-Maybe the universe is trying to tell me something about what to do with my life. I still don't know what I want to do, so I've been selective so far in the jobs I've applied for.
Who knows where this will lead me. I'm open to suggestion and any job recommendations also. Ang and still plan on the pub crawl this Saturday and you will be more than welcome to buy my unemployed ass a drink or 6.
