New Tank
So heres mid-winter break and im not goin anywhere cause im poor. So like i got nothing to do for the entire break. Tonite i got my saltwater tank running and put some live rock in it. The base rock should be here soon. I hope to have the protein skimmer running by the end of the week.
I need to let the tank filter out for a couple days before i put it on or the skimmer will overflow with bubbles. I can't wait to get some fish in it. I took some pics of it with the newly added live rock like i said not much rock but it will look better when the base rock comes.This tank is goin to be a community marine tank no corals cause well corals are a bitch. The fish, invertabrates, and coral all work against eachother and its hard to find balance.
So thats all i guess for now tell me what you think. I hope to convert my other 30 gallon into a saltwater after the pondfish go back outside. I'm hoping to keep Dwarf Lionfish in that tank later this year.
