If you guys havent noticed from Google, 8-9 pm local time on March 29th will be an international statement. Earth hour, started in 2007 from the WWF in Sydney, Australia, sparked a revolution in fighting global warming by turning out the lights for one full hour last year on March 31 from 7.30 to 8.30 pm. All together.

I'm amazed. I have to be honest. Its not the fighting global warming that is incredible to me. But to have it at such a grand scale... Its moving. We have all found some reason to do something consecutively, and all have a just cause, and a paralleled effect to the world around us.

One city at a time will turn their lights out for that hour on the 29th of March in 2008. Support this cause, not just to fight global warming, not just to make a statement, but to be a part of one of the largest global movements ever fathomed. Turn off your lights for Earth Hour.
