Long day for E
So today is that annual day. The Duke Ellington Jazz Nutcracker is put on each year the first weekend in December, and for the third year in a row, E is in the company of children, so, after being at the theater for last night's openning performance for a 6p call and getting home after 10, she has a ballet lesson at 10 for an hour, followed by a noon call for the matinee at 2. She isn't permitted to leave the theatre between the performances, so she'll be there straight through until 10 or so tonight and then has one more matinee on Sunday afternoon.
It looks like someone she knows will be at each performance, and M will go with Dad, J and I to the matinee today - her first time.
