Big Brother's Light Switch

Aug 23, 2011 20:16

By now, most of you have whispered to each other about the Secret Partners in the house living room, the kitchen, the bathroom... whereverthefuck you congregate with your friends in the house. Last week, Kirsten was given Big Brother's Light Switch as a gift from Cassie's Dreamhouse VIP Party.

It would come dangling down to her in the Diary Room and she'd have the option of flipping the switch to ON or saying "Hell no, Big Brother" and keep it in the off position. As you already know, Kirsten decided to flip that switch and shed light on the Secret Partners of the houses, as well as why they were paired up. Without further adieu, here we go:

- paired together because they are previous winners

- paired together because one is a runner-up, the other made the F3

- originally Mandy was Nicolle's partner, but when Mandy walked from the house, Robert was assigned as Nicolle's SP when he entered the house

- paired together because they are n00bs to the community, however I realized that Nick had actually made the F2 with Austin during Big Brother LJ 1. (Fun fact, he's also the ex-bf of BBLJ9 winner Rebecca)

- paired together because they're usually booted pre-jury in games

- paired together due to being polar opposites

- paired together due to usually being floaters

- paired together due to marriage

- paired together due to being polar opposites

- paired together due to being polar opposites

Most of these pairs were mentioned in the diary room, effectively shutting down the pairs chance of getting the Co-Head of Household reward at the pre-determined week. But, Big Brother had a back-up plan for that, knowing it to be the inevitable circumstance, so he's going to sweeten the deal.

Well, sorry to say but, some of you failed to keep your Secret Partners in the game. For whatever reason, it just wasn't in the cards for the two of you to stay together in the game. The sweetening of the deal is going to be a good one, so Big Brother is going to give you a second chance. With two houses, why not?

Here's How It's Gonna Work:
-If a pair of formerly secret partners make it to the F2 together, I will personally give the winner $100 in cold hard cash. The runner-up will receive $50.
-If a pair of any of the five abandoned players makes it to the F2 together, I will give the winner $110 dollars in cold hard cash, and the runner-up will receive $60.
-If neither situation happens, then *phew*

Yes, I'm prepared to lose up to $170.
Yes, I will definitely pay this.
Yes, this shit just got real.

Good luck, houseguests....., and may the odds be ever in your favor!
