The Verdict
On Day 1, actually, even before any of the eighteen contestants this season entered the house, Big Brother notified you all of a certain rule regarding your Head of Household powers. Though The Sin Bin was closed, the rule still remains:
"- Failing to participate in the HoH competition if you're eligible to
* If you are the acting HoH and do not make your nominations by the deadline to do so, you will also be sent to The Sin Bin, allowing the runner-up in the competition to be your replacement"
Leah, you did submit your post 20 minutes before the deadline, but it was in your personal journal. You didn't make a post to the community, which was an error on your part. Plain and simple. Because of this, you have been stripped of your Head of Household title, and you can now put your key to the HoH room on the coffee table in front of the nomination chairs.
Andrea, because you were the runner-up in the most recent Head of Household competition, you are now the acting Head of Household and are safe from eviction. Essentially, what happened here was a role reversal. This means that you must now make the replacement nomination: Daniel or Leah. Your deadline is below.
*In case anyone was wondering, no matter what the outcome of the eviction, due to the penalty, the F4 will all have a chance at winning the twelfth Head of Household competition.
