There is no jealousy. I didn't care whether it was you or Jason that closed last night. You can verify that by checking your voicemail. In it, I said "Whoever closed last night needs to get here now." And, I tried to handle it with just you (or Jason) but since mine and Todd's phone calls got ignored, I had to involve Rishu.
The fact of the matter is, the way that place was left last night was inexcusable. You can hide behind whatever excuse you want, but all you're doing is making an excuse for your laziness.
I understand that you and some others might not like me and I understand why. I come across as a dick sometimes, but it's only when I'm attempting to better the cafe as a whole. You are taking advantage of your situation by not treating Karma as a job. You think of it as a place you can do whatever you want and everyone should just let it slide.
The reason why you're always on the schedule with Jason is because the majority of the staff doesn't want to work with you. Picking up your slack is something that makes other people's jobs twice as hard.
And, for the record, I did not talk Rishu in to taking you off the schedule. All I did was present him with my problem. He was the person who told me to remove you. He then later told me to remove Kevin as well. So, this is not an attack on you. This is me finally getting fed up with coming in and having the closing people not realize that cleaning up the dining room is part of the closing responsibilities.
Again, if you want to blame someone else for your own lack of responsibility, that is definitely fine with me. An excuse is simply that... just an excuse.

I'm always available to take this up in person.
