i Painted today! well until 5 in the morning. so it counts as today. it's Friday an i want a nap. Jen and i did some impulse buying at palace and ended up with a set of paint brushed and 5 blank pallets, nothing but good could come of this.
i finished three little pieces,
they are all variants of octopus arms -not tentacles reaching for

take it from the political statement angle- you may have graduated from classroom made ornaments with your picture in them, but now you know that christmas has become a marketing scheme to promote the capitalist machine. There are other ways to show you care about someone than to buy them presents (like home made gifts and organic hugs and kisses) crunch crunch crunch. that said... i wouldn't mind an octopus arm for christmas. moreso i'm looking forward to play dates, bake sessions, bike rides and nuzzles... oh and dance. that part is assumed. a dancing body is a beautiful body.
