Three items of business
1. noah_who now has more than 300 members. This comm has been SO much fun, and the fact that it's so active and thriving eight months after the show ended is awesome. Luke and Reid are the little ship that could. *draws hearts around them and the smart, awesome people at n_w*
2. After EW's cover story, I decided to give Parks and Recreation another go. (I'd watched the pilot and thought it was only okay.) I just started with S2, since S1 was so short and they retooled over the break, and I'm really enjoying it. Up to 222. I've always loved Amy Poehler and she's just so great as Leslie. Great cast, and consistently funny storylines. The one thing I don't like is how the character of Jerry is treated. I just don't find it very funny most of the time, and it seems out of character for Leslie, who is so kind to everyone else. It's a disconnect for me.
3. Flight Time was at my work last week doing a community event (the Harlem Globetrotters were in town for shows). I sadly missed him, but my co-worker took a pic with her phone. He was with another Globetrotter who must be like, eight feet tall. Wowsa. Rooting for Globetrotters or Cowboys to win on TAR, although most of the other teams I really like as well. But I'm over the Goths. Time for them to go.
