Update

I actually had trouble sleeping because I was thinking about Jessica's injury. I know that sounds silly, but when you follow the sport closely, you form attachments to the skaters, and I like her and Bryce so much. Anyway, here's the update for those who asked me to keep them posted

He must feel just awful. I'm not familiar with them but are they a couple off the ice as well?

Yes, they are. They're such sweet kids -- I hear nothing but good things about them.

Luckily it seems like there won't be any lasting damage. Thank goodness!

Oh, man. I missed your post last night. How horrible for them! How horrible poor Bryce must feel. It's always terrible when something like this happens.

Thanks for the update. I can't even imagine what he must be feeling... but one thing I've learned from watching pairs skating is that the partners are truly a team, and everything that happens, good or bad, is shared. The responsibility, the pain, the joy -- all of it. I hope she recovers quickly.

Absolutely, and if this isn't the case, the pair won't last. Jess and Bryce are such a good team, and I hope they can make it to Worlds.
