CTV got my memo, and I just saw an ad saying that Veronica Mars will start airing on June 2nd. About freaking time! At least I know that even if no one can burn them for me, I will get a chance to see the show sooner rather than later.

Also, just saw an ad for the new Star Wars. God help me, but...it actually looks GOOD. Can it be? It is

I will help you! I actually got a bit excited watching it, and then had to remind myself of how much I loathed the last two movies. But this looks all angsty and dark and whee!

I really love Hayden in the trailers. Somehow, all of a sudden, the casting seems totally right. This is probably because I'm rooting for DARTH VADER to KILL EVERYONE I HATE!!! I really wish I didnt know that Yoda has to live because I would so be praying for YODA'S DEATH!!!

Well, so far the Rotten Tomato meter for Revenge of the Sith is sitting at 92% fresh. There are 26 reviews up so far.

Hope that helps and my anticipation is rising daily now.

Thank god someone agrees with me. I hated the new Star Wars, but everyone around me seems to think that they are the greatest films ever. I'll take Ewoks and lightsabers that are never seen head on over this stuff anyday.

I'm going to give episode III an attempt, but I'm not going to raise my hopes too high.

I just read the reviews. The fact that some who also disliked the first two are giving good reviews for the third makes me quite a bit more hopeful. At least if I have relatively low hopes for the film it will turn out ok no matter how much I like/dislike it. If it's good, I will be pleasantly surprised. If it's awful, I won't be very disappointed :)
