Update
Well the piercing place won't let my dad sign for me cause Im of age(18) so what i did was went and got a checking account so i can write a check to my dad so I have a cancelled check that I can give to the RMV as a second signature so I can get my I.D. then I can get my piercing but that will take like 30 days so prolly not till around next month.Well anyways I'm gunna go ttyl....
