Oh baby, wait and see
Today was great!!
I woke up, decided to not work out, which at first was a horrible decision but I'm now glad I didn't because I'm ballstired. Went to brekkers at BruCaf, and then had a short History discussion. I got 100 on my outline and an A- on my midterms! ROCK! That was great. Then I had coffee with Sunny and walked her to her meeting with the Study of Religion counselor. Hurrah!
I was wired during cosmos, so Molly and I had a fake fight because we were all wound up (er, I was all wound up) and learning about the (boring) development of jaws and ears in mammals. It was fun, also sat with Justin Penn and made silly jokes. Midterm back...79.5. Not horrible, but not as good as I'd hoped. Had lunch with Collin, Molly, and Catalina, then busted it over to Ethno. Had a lecture about Haitian music, which was cool because I had learned about the Dominican Republic in comp lit last quarter, and they're on the same island. Woo!
University Chorus was good, we sang through the whole piece on a Buddhist mantra, and it was schweeeet. Worked other stuff, heard 2 Sugah again, bahahh.
Then German club, which was glorious. This cool older dude named Ron bought me a milkshake and we talked about all sorts of stuff, like me going to Germany/Austria this summer, his time in Europe and when he was in the Air Force. Then I talked with Lisa about how she's going to go be a professor at Harvard, and I might end up doing music for the German play. Woo! Then I talked to this girl that's in German 5 whose name I can't write about various things. Totally in German! The older Germans got gradually a bit drunker, and it was just good times.
I didn't end up getting back till after 8, had dinner in De Neve where I saw various friends, and now I'm here. I'm beat, my back has been hurting all day. But today was great!!
