Honeysuckle Sorbet

My friend Ed first mentioned Honeysuckle Sorbet a couple of years or so ago.
The mere mention of the word honeysuckle always conjurs up a fleeting ethereal aroma, the smell of Chapel Hill on a cool summer morning around 6 AM. Actually, it's more specific than that--it brings to mind a specific morning, back when I was still living in my 291 sq ft ( Read more... )

It was fun running into you guys there. And chef Bill Smith showed up (it was his night off) back from collecting a second wave of honeysuckle blossoms -- so they may still have the sorbet available for the next week or so.
