Strange Dream

I have had some strange dreams, I have even had interpretive dreams but the dream I had the other day has to be the strangest dream I have ever had and that includes being stranger than the dream where my mother was kidnapped and held hostage in a pickle factory. (LONG STORY)

In this dream it seems I was an entrepreneur. Put off by the high price of soda and popcorn at the theatres I created a concept called Theatre Pop. This was pop marketed in flat bottles that could be easy to conceal under you clothes to bring into a theatre. Likewise you could purchase a sleeve of popcorn. It was packaged in such a way it could be hidden up your sleeve.

The concept was a huge success because the marketing plan involved marketing it through variety stores adjacent to the theatres. So instead of $20 for a soda and popcorn you could get it next door for $7. Even the free refills that the theatre offered in retaliation didn't stop for significant sales of the Theatre Pop and Sleeve of Popcorn.

Earlier prototypes of the popcorn packaging included a leg of popcorn which proved difficult to get out of your pant leg in a crowded theatre. Another concept included a cellophane wrapped vest where the front panels held the popcorn. This turned out to be the Jumbo Size option.

I guest the dream came about since I have been going back to the theatre lately and loving it, but I do resent paying for anything at the SnackBar. Wish I could markup product that much where I work. If I could our company would be doing much much better.
