BBBB 2012 - How to post your work!
It's almost time for this year's works to go live! We would like to see all posts in the moderation queue by Saturday September 22 if possible, since we plan on posting them to the community on September 24. (We have a couple artists who did not check in with us, so please do so at this post ASAP. Authors, if you have not received any finished work from your artist in time for your post to go in the queue, let us know so we can work something out with you.)
Now, on to how to post your work to the community...
STEP ONE: Make sure you join the community. You can check your invites here and accept our invitation at your earliest convenience. As of this posting, we have sent invites to all five of the authors still participating. Artists/Mixers/Vidders do not need to join.
STEP TWO: As soon as your fic is finished and ready to go into the queue, copy and paste the form below and all pertinent information. Do not post the body of your story here, only the information below. You may post the fic itself anywhere you'd like (LJ, DW, AO3 or somewhere else), but you must post a link here on the community using the template below. If this is your first year participating, feel free to look at 2010's masterlist to get an idea of how posting works.

Artists, fanmixers, vidders - you will provide a link to your finished work to your assigned author so they can link it along with their finished fic. If you can provide thumbnails of your work, then please do so as well. :)
The community is on moderated posting so that if there are any issues with your header and links, we can have you fix them before they go public. (This means your post will not show up immediately in the community as the moderators will have to approve it first.) If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below or e-mail us at bbbbmods@gmail.com and we'll get back to you ASAP.
