Summary: During a game of truth or dare, Penny is challenged to tell the story of her past. Includes an explanation for Penny’s father apparently changing names between Season two and Season four, why Bob/Wyatt did not appear to care that Penny was a girl in The Boyfriend Complexity, why Penny hates Valerie Mossbacher, Christy Vanderbilt, and detail is given to canon references to Penny’s childhood and adolescent years.
