Summary: SeungRi is caught between loving DaeSung and TaeYang’s persistence in the fact that “he’s the one.” Just another showdown between DaeSung and TaeYang for the love of SeungRi.
DaeSung tensed as TaeYang approached him. He knew something was up, because recently the guy had been nothing but bad news.
“You look so unhappy to see me,” TaeYang said, folding his arms across his chest and leaning against the wall in front of DaeSung.
“Well, we haven’t been on the best of terms recently, have we?” DaeSung said, annoyed at TaeYang’s false kindness. “What do you want?”
“Why so hostile?” TaeYang said a grin spreading onto his face.
“Because you keep trying to start fights between SeungRi and I. Can you just lay off?” DaeSung asked, leaning on the wall with TaeYang.
“It’s not that I want to break you guys up, I just want you to know who you’re getting into a relationship with. SeungRi can’t be trusted,” TaeYang said, eyes on DaeSung.
“Well, if someone you’ve liked for almost three years threw themselves at you and started kissing you, you might have a moment of weakness too,” DaeSung defended, hardly believing himself.
“A moment? He’s had many moments. SeungRi is not to be trusted. I mean you were there when I made love to him,” TaeYang said, playing the caring hyung.
“Had sex!” DaeSung said loudly. “You had sex with him, you did not make love to him,” he corrected through gritted teeth.
“Is that what he told you?” TaeYang scoffed.
“It’s what he said and what we all know, so stop this. I won’t believe anything you say about SeungRi. He’s mine and he does not love you.” DaeSung assured TaeYang, though it was more for himself than the man before him.
“Since I had sex with him,” TaeYang accentuated the word sex, “we’ve had several more encounters. Not all of which I’ve started. Did SeungRi tell you about the kitchen incident?”
“Whatever it is or was must be nothing important,” DaeSung said firmly, leaning up from the wall. “What do you want from me, hyung? Why are you so against SeungRi and I?”
“I’m not, I’m completely supportive of you,” TaeYang said beaming.
“What are you two talking about?” SeungRi said coming down the hall and grabbing DaeSung’s hand once he passed TaeYang. He glared at the older man, trying to figure out what he’d said to his lover.
“It’s fine,” DaeSung told SeungRi, squeezing his hand.
“No, it’s not.” TaeYang said, finally pulling himself away from the wall. “I was telling our DaeSungie here about the kitchen incident.”
The color drained from SeungRi’s face and he glared at TaeYang, “That was a mistake and you know it!”
“Mistake or not, I was the victim, you started it,” TaeYang conceded, his hands up in the air in surrender.
“What was a mistake?” DaeSung asked, turning to SeungRi.
“I… It was just a slip up.. I mean I saw him in the kitchen and…” SeungRi trailed off, a blush creeping up onto his face.
“You’re blushing,” TaeYang teased.
“Shut up!” DaeSung and SeungRi snapped at him in unison.
“What happened?” DaeSung asked, pulling SeungRi to face him.
“It was a mistake. I saw him doing dishes, and it was early, so I thought it was you…” SeungRi started.
“An insult to me if I’ve ever heard it,” TaeYang drawled.
“To you? How on Earth he could mistake you for me is a mystery and far worse insult to me,” DaeSung shot back.
“Stop it, you two. I wrapped my arms around his waist and started kissing his neck, when he turned around and kissed me I realized who it was and pulled away. There I said it!” SeungRi finished, letting out a sigh of relief.
“Yep, I was the victim,” TaeYang said smugly.
“That’s it? That’s the big kitchen incident?” DaeSung asked, looking at the two like they were a pair of idiots.
“That’s not enough for you? Fine then there was the time I kissed him on the couch, in the bathroom, in the studio, in your bed and in the closet. Shall I continue?” TaeYang shouted, upset by his failed attempt to start a fight.
“The couch, bathroom, studio, bed and closet? All places where I’ve made love to him, he screamed in pleasure and much more, shall I continue?” DaeSung countered.
SeungRi blushed bright red, “Guys, please stop!”
“Tell him who you love!” TaeYang demanded.
“TaeYang, you know the answer to that,” SeungRi said in a quiet voice, hoping his volume would affect the older two’s volume.
“I know it, but tell him,” TaeYang said lowering his voice.
“TaeYang, I love DaeSung. You know that.” SeungRi said, unable to hide the pity in his eyes as he looked at his hyung.
“How do you love someone for nearly three years and then forget about it overnight?” TaeYang said, his voice rising again.
“He learned what it was like to be loved back!” DaeSung told him.
TaeYang glared at DaeSung and then at SeungRi before turning on his heels and heading into the kitchen.
“You ok?” DaeSung asked, his hand snaking around the younger man’s waist.
“Yeah. You’re not mad?” SeungRi asked.
“Furious,” DaeSung muttered kissing SeungRi’s neck.
“What are you furious about?” SeungRi managed through a fit of giggles as DaeSung found his ticklish spot.
“How many times have you kissed that guy?”
“Too many. Erase them for me?” SeungRi offered, puckering his lips.
DaeSung smiled and pressed his lips lightly against the younger man’s before he heard footsteps and pulled away. “What are you doing TaeYang?”
TaeYang walked swiftly towards the couple in the hallway and drew the knife from behind his back, holding it high above his head he charged.
DaeSung pushed SeungRi out of the way and caught the hand that held the knife.
“If I can’t have him, no one can!” TaeYang yelled, trying to bring the knife down.
DaeSung and TaeYang fell to the floor and rolled around, fighting for control of the knife.
“Please, just stop it!” SeungRi yelled from the doorway of the bedroom where he’d been pushed to safety.
GDragon and TOP came out of the bedroom and watched the scene on the floor.
“What are you idiots doing?” GDragon yelled.
The rolling on the floor stopped and DaeSung stood up slowly, revealing a bleeding TaeYang, the knife sticking out from his abdomen. “I didn’t…” DaeSung started.
“What have you done?” GDragon shouted running next to TaeYang and collapsing over him, shouting loudly, “Why, oh, why? YoungBaeyah~”
“A little excessive don’t you think?” TOP said, crouching next to GDragon.
“Really? Too much? Tone it down?” GDragon clarified, changing his position to sitting next to TaeYang and grasping his hand. “Please, don’t leave me…” he sniffled.
“Much better,” DaeSung told him, glancing over at SeungRi who’s expression was a cross between horrified and confused.
“What is wrong with you people? He’s dead!” SeungRi shouted, running to TaeYang and pushing his hyungs out of his way. “TaeYang?” he yelled.
“Yes?” TaeYang replied, opening his eyes.
SeungRi fell over and scrambled away from TaeYang, “What the hell is this?”
“I figured you wouldn’t believe me if I just told you that I accepted you and DaeSung together so we all come up with this little gimmick…” TaeYang explained, pulling the plastic, collapsible knife away from himself.
“So I’m supposed to believe you accept us when you came out here with a knife screaming if you couldn’t have me no one could. You guy are idiots!” SeungRi said, standing up.
“Well, we didn’t work out all the kinks….” DaeSung muttered, scratching his head.
“Are you guys stupid? I thought he was dead!” SeungRi shouted, pushing on DaeSung and hitting his chest.
DaeSung smiled and wrapped his arms around SeungRi, “He’s fine. We’re sorry,” He whispered into his lover’s hair.
SeungRi stopped struggling and pulled away in one swift motion before turning to TaeYang who had just stood up, “You really accept us? You won’t make any more advances on me?”
“You sound so disappointed,” TaeYang said, a big smile on his face. He grabbed SeungRi’s hand and DaeSung’s bringing them to each other. “He really loves you, SeungRi. I only wanted the best for you, and now I see that he is just that. He’ll take care of you. I trust him.” TaeYang said, “He loves you.”
SeungRi smiled and hugged TaeYang, “Thanks.” He told his hyung. “I love him too,” he said turning to DaeSung, wrapping his arms around his neck, and pulling him into a kiss. “I love him more than I knew I could love.”
