useless crusade
Why do we continue the war of richard and saladin? nothing fruitful came of their war and nothing will come of this new one. It just makes me sad to see so many people who believe such beautiful things consumed by a hatred that makes no sense. Surely wrongs have been committed but and international game of chicken can't possibly solve anything. Blow up our subway we'll destroy your mosque; invade our land and we'll destroy your cities. Can't anyone see how useless it all is?
I suppose I could keep going, but what's the point? rednecks and jihadists are already coming to my door to kill me. I'm just sad that I had to live in a time when so many people had their faith in god twisted in to a weapon. Why love each other when it's so obvious that if we just kill enough the other side will come around.
