Does anyone here know exactly what a Fiesta is? Estelle and I were thinking of hosting one but we need some help on getting the details down.

I think so. I just don't know exactly how to throw one. I know pinatas and tacos are involved.

There's this music store in the Business District that had stuff like that. It was close-ish to the outer borders.
