Well I have good and bad news in this update. I will start with the bad news. As a lot of people do I fell of the wagon during the holidays. I ended up regaining all the weight I took off plus a little more during the holidays.
But as I did say I do have goods news. Now in the past I would have just taken the above info and just give up for now. But instead I did the opposite. Not only did I jump right back on track but have increased my efforts. I have made it to the gym more than before. My The efforts are paying off. In the last week I have lost 10 lbs.
My new workout goals is I want to get to the gym 2-3 times a day. Now before you start yelling how a body cannot handle that; let me explain my thought process. I am only doing full workouts once every 2-3 days. The other times I am going to the gym is just to do a cardio workout. I am thinking 30-45 min each time. Now i just thought of this this evening so I will let you know in a week how it goes. But Today I went twice and between the 2x I worked out for a total of 7 miles. Well that is all for now.
