today was... interesting. i had a meeting with Ed and Kieth, and that didn't go so well. ed did exactly what i figured he would. he talked to 1 of 3 supervisors that i have, and he talked to the one i work with for only 8 hours out of 36 each week. that supervisor also happens to be the one i don't see eye to eye with. so ed tells me that he's not going to give me a raise because i have a "bad attitude." i said, "ok, this is my 2 week notice." he was shocked, and kieth was too. i guess they thought i was bluffing. after that, ed was trying to convince me to stay until my anual review date, which is in late august, but that really doesn't solve my financial problems at all, so i pretty much told him to fuck off. but with a more professional choice of words.

kieth is pissed at ed now because he just screwed over the entire weekend crew, so now kieth is trying to get me a raise. but honestly, i don't care what happens at that place. after being treated like shit for the last 3 years, there's no way i'll stay. i'm not going to continue busting my ass for a company that doesn't give a shit about me. i'm done working 14 hour days. i'm done giving up my entire weekend for them. i haven't had a weekend off since i started working there in '03. thats waaaayyyyyyy too long. auto zone is going to pay me more, and give me a schedule that is reasonable. right now, there's not much that'll beat that.

i'm going to bed now.
