i read today that there was a group out in japan who are trying to relive the experience of the Samuari era, to the point of that one its members is now under arrest, for man slaughter of a worker in the area. I mean i value human life and all dont get me wrong but the story sounded so awesome.
the group of 15 men and 25 women are trying to set themselves in i think it was edo period, (forgive me if im in the wrong period no know much about samuari like the Roy know). so they recreated, and entire village, to fit the era, and if i can find pictures of it was beautiful.
the reason i talk is if my memory serves me correct, though Compassion for lesser man isnt it a tenant of bushido? the man the talked to, and the major domo, of the villiage seemed to be with out.
i mean i dont remember all the tenants , and i know i could never be anything truly like the samuari of the old days, im an american, and i have to much western philosphy engrained into me. What i can hope to do is balance eastern and western philosphy.
oh well....oh ROy i saw you former instructor guy, and we chit chatted for awhile, you where right he seemed like a kick ass guy.
well im off
