Well my Going Away Weekend is over and now its exactly 1 week today until I jump on that plane...yet it still doesnt seem like its about to happen.....FUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!
The going away weekend wasnt bad. Wasnt as big as Kizz and I planned it to be though. We're getting old! lol.
Thursday was Q&A and Peel...wasnt bad but not that many people out and we had a early night...
Friday Kizz and I went to Star but it was their 5th Bday and was REALLY packed...so much so that u couldnt move ANYWHERE at all! And there was NO ONE there we knew! It was shit! I dunno where everyone was. So we walked to the Peel, saw Anna, Ryan and Daniel, and then Kizz and i got bored and walked from the Peel to his house. We got to corner of Collins Street and Swanston Street and decided we were FREEZING so jumped into a cab for the last bit. Another early night.
Saturday was my going away party. Everyone didnt turn up...in fact...lots of people didnt turn up. It was quite disappointing. But one person who did come was Chantelle and her new bf which was AWESOME! And every one of the school girls...including Jax...was there which was soooo good! I still had fun but everyone was as drunk as a skunk except for me and the people driving, lol. My sister and her best friend were the most trashed I think! lol. I got a bit drunk at the end cos I thought we were going to the Peel...but we ended up just going home instead. Got home around 3.15am and Kizz and I fell asleep on the couch, hahaha. Woke up bout 5.30am and went to bed. The latest night of the weekend, hahaha.
(ATTENTION NAT: Thank u soooooo much for organising the party at your house! I hope we didnt trash it too much. It was a good night. And I loved the book you girls made. I'll be keeping it forever!)
Sunday we went to Strike and Gemma, Naomi, Tom and Nick from work turned up. Then the other Nick came later for a drink and so did Chris and Ivana. We played 1 game of bowling, but they had split us up into 2 different groups which sucked so it got really boring! After the game everyone from work left. Kizz, Nick, Ivana, Chris and I went to Kandy Bar for a bit, it was pretty crap as always, so we left, hahaha. Walked down Commercial and then decided to go to Collingwood. Went to the Trade Bar and had some $1 pots while Nick and Kizz then Chris and Ivana played a game of pool. I didnt mind that place! After that we went to the Peel. As soon as we walked in Kizz and my favorite song - Rippin Kittin came on...so we ran str8 for the dancefloor. Soon after Chris and Ivana left and Nick, Kizz and I were back on the dancefloor. Amy, Sash and Daniel soon rocked up after. I also met a guy who went round the world by himself and was givin me heaps of advice...he said take 1 pair of pants in my bag and wear 1 pair and thats all for pants...then buy some over there...I was planning on taking 3, lol. Anyway, Spyke was playing the BEST music all night and I was goin off on the dancefloor, hahaha. Hadnt done that for AGES! I wasnt gonna leave, but Kizz had work this morning so he had to be up early...and my car was at his house...and I knew that if I stayed, as soon as he left I woulda regret staying and would wanna go home, lol. So Annaa drove us home. Which was good cos I fell asleep son after. We got home at 2am...another early night.
This morning when we woke up, Kizz and I were complaining bout how tired we were and my knee's were killing and his legs were killing...then we were talkin bout how we cant do all nighters any more and get up in the morning after a few hours sleep fine....we're getting old :-|
Oh yeah, and the school girls made a book for me which has photos of the whole group from when we were young at school to now...and heaps of pictures and stories and stuff bout all the school memories we have. It was sooo nice!!! The next morning Kizz and I sat on my bed and I was pissing myself laughing the whole way through looking at it and explaining to him all the stories and pictures behind everything. He knew that it meant a lot to me I think and I definately will be keeping that book forever!
