Comment on this entry and I will give you a letter. Write ten words beginning with that letter in your journal, including an explanation what the word means to you and why, and then pass out letters to those who want to play along .
I got C.
1. Communist. A line from the Bill Bragg song "to have and have not" is as follows, "Just because you're going forwards doesn't mean that i'm going backwards. Just because i'm dressed like this doesn't mean that i'm a Communist!" All in all it is a very moving song you should all go lisen to it right now. it touches me and examines the hardships of life and social position.
2. Catatonic.
catatonic adj.
characterized by catatonia especially either rigidity or extreme laxness of limbs
cat·a·to·ni·a n.
An abnormal condition variously characterized by stupor, stereotypy, mania, and either rigidity or extreme flexibility of the limbs. It is most often associated with schizophrenia.
Might make life go by a little faster, or perhaps a little slower.
3. Capacious. It's just a fancy word for Big and I am Big Mike.
4. Cunt. I do not like this word. The place it describes is a wonderland to me and it's tittle should not sound so cold and harsh. I prefer terms like vagoo or honey pot.
5. Capricious. I wish i could totally live life in this state at all times. I do try to.
6. Cigarette. Those that know me need know no more.
7. Constantine. An emperor of Rome who adopted the Christian faith and stopped the persecution of Christians who lived in the years 280-337 A.D.. It is also a walled city in northeastern Algeria east of Algiers; was destroyed in warfare in the 4th century and rebuilt by Constantine I.
I wonder how history concerning Christians would have worked out if not for this individual? Could this delusional person be the reason Christianity is, sadly, the dominant world religion?
8. Clanggedin Silverbeard. A goodly God of the dwarven pantheon in the world of the Forgotten Realms, a popular Dungeons and Dragons campaign setting. I am enthralled with the concept of Dwarven culture in all fantasy settings; far enough that i have been called a Dwarf with a pituitary problem.
9. Clover. Common in Ireland. Irish in heritage. I'll sing you a pub song.
Tim Finnegan lived in watling street,
A gentle irishman -- mighty odd
He'd a beautiful brogue so rich and sweet,
To rise in the world he carried a hod,
See he'd sort of a tipplin way:
With love for the liquor poor tim was born,
To help him on with his work each day,
He'd a drop of the craythin' every morn'
One morning tim was rather full,
His head felt heavy,
Which made him shake,
Fell from the ladder and broke his skull,
They carried him home,
His corpse to wake,
Rolled him up in a nice clean sheat,
And laid him out upon the bed,
A bottle of whiskey at his feet,
And a gallon of porter at his head
Whack fol-de-dah
Now dance to your partner,
Welt the floor,
Your trotters shake
Wasn't it the truth
I told ye lots of fun at finnegan's wake
His friends assembled at his wake
And missus finnegan called for lunch
First they brought in tea and cake
Then pipes, tobacco and whiskey punch
Biddy O'Brien begged to cry,
It's a nice clean corpse did you ever see
Arrah hold your gob
See paddy magee then o'connor took up the job
"arrah!" biddy says she ye're wrong i'm sure,
Biddy then gave her a belt on the gob
And left her sprawling on the floor,
There the war did soon engage
Woman to woman and man to man
Shillelah-law was all the rage,
An a row and a ruction soon began
Mickey Maloney raised his head
When a bottle of whickey flew at him,
It missed him falling on the bed,
The liquor scattered over tim,
Tim revives,
See how he rises,
Timothy rising from the bed
Whirl your whisky around like blazes Thanum o'n Dhoul,
Do ye think i'm dead
10. Corpse. I'll be one some day, we all will.
